For our Vali Berlin Entrepreneurship Hub, we are looking for a

Venture Building Intern – Vali Berlin

(m/f/x, 40 h/week, to start as soon as possible, for 6 months)

• Ecosystem Coordination & Competition Management: Coordinate our entrepreneurship ecosystem activities and manage key competitions like INNOVA Europe, ensuring smooth operations and high engagement across participating universities.
• Venture Development Support: Engage closely with students and startup teams to support their venture development journey, providing guidance from ideation through validation and growth stages.
• Education & Program Initiatives: Contribute to educational content and venture support initiatives (e.g. workshops, bootcamps, mentoring sessions) that empower entrepreneurs to develop their ideas.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing entrepreneurship programs and events, handling logistics and ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.
• Marketing: Develop marketing strategies and manage our programs’ social media presence to raise awareness, attract participants, and celebrate success stories.
• Organization: Assist the development and planning of entrepreneurship programs and events.

• Have experience in venture building and business development in the entrepreneurship sector (e.g., founder, incubators, accelerators)
• Have experience and interest in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystem, trends and technology
• Are fluent in spoken and written English
• Possess adequate Excel skills, knowledge of planning tools
• Are detail-oriented, enjoy working with people and have very good communication skills
• Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time- and office-management
• Can work independently and are willing to take the initiative and bring new ideas
