
Sales Enablement and Operations Manager

For our Sales Team we are looking for a
Sales Enablement and Operations Manager (m/f/x, 40 hrs./week, based in Berlin)
The Sales Enablement and Operations Manager will establish and drive a dedicated support function, ensuring that Business Development and Admissions teams are supported through transparent data, optimized CRM workflows and hands-on engagement.
This role plays a key part in professionalizing our commercial activities across both:
- B2C (individual applicants, participants, and PGD candidates)
- B2B (founders, key accounts and corporate clients)
It covers a broad range of activities from business-development steering to project management, from client and participant conversations to enrolment processing.
How will you make a difference
As Sales Enablement and Operations Manager, you will
Lead & PGD Management
- Qualify and assign incoming leads to team members
- Develop reactivation cycles for former applicants, participants, and clients
Process Optimization
- Coordinate the establishment of standardized sales processes across Business Development and Admissions
- Identify automation potential and eliminate process inefficiencies
Business Development / Key Account Management Steering & Reporting
- Provide data-driven insights to track and guide Business Development activities (such as conversion rates, enrollment forecasts and corporate pipeline value)
- Support key account management through coordination of workflows and CRM processes
Support Admission Office and Business Development
- Whenever required, support Admission Office in participant enrollment
- To an extent possible, conduct consultations with applicants/participants
Strategic Impact of the Role
- The Sales Enablement and Operations Manager acts as a bridge between strategy and execution — ensuring that growth and efficiency ambitions are supported by robust systems, processes and data governance across all relevant university functions.
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, CRM Management, or Business Development Support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proven ability to optimize processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Experience in service-oriented, education, or professional services environments is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work data-driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational and process design skills with a structured and proactive approach
- High affinity for CRM systems, automation, and operational excellence
- Ability to translate strategic goals into effective operational execution
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Solution-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
