Program Director - Executive Programs

ESMT Berlin offers master’s, MBA, and PhD programs, as well as executive education across its campus in Berlin, various locations around the world, online, and in an online blended format. For our Executive Education team, which are ranked # 8 in the world for customized programs, according to the Financial Times Executive Education Ranking 2024, we are looking for an additional team member in our Executive Programs team who focuses on ESMT’s open enrollment and customized programs. To further strengthen our Executive Programs team, we are looking for another
Program Director
(full-time, to start in Spring/Summer 2025)

• Be responsible for designing and delivering customized and open enrollment programs for executives, in cooperation with client companies to support their transformation initiatives
• Manage all aspects of key client relationships and grow the international client base through excellent client management and communication skills
• Work collaboratively in our team of program directors, program managers, faculty, and across departments
• Bring innovation to executive education to achieve more organizational and/or individual impact; contribute to impact-oriented teaching and managerial research

• Have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with a top management consulting, leadership development firm, learning and development department, or higher education
• Have a solid track record in or passion for strategy, change management, leadership / organizational development and/or other relevant subject-matter topics/areas for corporate clients
• Demonstrate a highly professional presence and are adept at managing and growing high-level client relationships, acting with a strong service orientation, and responding effectively to customer needs, ensuring clients perceive you as a trusted, seasoned advisor
• Enjoy working in an international environment, with fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
• Are open to travel for work and embrace the use of digital technologies for seamless collaboration across teams and with clients.

You will work on our campus in the heart of Berlin-Mitte and/or remotely (two days) every week.
