Research Assistant - Organizational Behavior

The research assistant is a student who is self-disciplined, well-organized, pro-active, and possesses strong communication and data analytic skills. A background in Social Psychology or Organizational Behavior and familiarity with ESMT are a plus. You will be working predominately with professors Julia Langdon and Martin Schweinsberg.

Research Assistant - Organizational Behavior
(part-time - 20 h/week, to start as soon as possible, initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension)

Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews, compile research measures, program experiments (using Qualtrics), and analyze data using tools like Excel, Stata, and R
Support the preparation of research proposals, reports, publications, and presentations
Perform teaching assistance tasks, including formatting lecture slides and grading assignments

Your Qualifications

A completed degree in an analytical subject
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing statistics using software such as Stata and R
Interest in organizational behavior/psychology research
Familiarity with programming experiments in Qualtrics is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
Curiosity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and take initiative
Fluency in English
