Ranking Manager (m/f/x)

Reporting to the Dean of Programs, we are looking for a

Ranking Manager

(m/f/x, 20 hrs./week, to start as soon as possible)

• Ensure that business education rankings data (MSc, FTMBA, PTMBA, EMBA, and Executive Education) is collected, submitted, and reported accurately, ethically, and in compliance with the relevant guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate the rankings data collection process.
• Prepare quality assurance assessments of ESMT's competitive position based on rankings data for the leadership team, including the Dean of Programs and the Management Committee.
• Review and refine the rankings strategy, ensuring its consistent implementation.
• Create and execute a rankings communication strategy for students, alumni, and staff.
• Perform predictive analytics modelling to forecast ranking positions.

• Strong analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset, combined with excellent organizational and process design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/database management systems.
• Proven ability to optimize processes, workflows, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into effective operational execution while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working in diverse environments.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style.
• Experience in education, professional services, or quality management environments is an advantage.
