Program Manager - Part-time MBA & Global Online MBA Program (dual role)

To support our program management team, we are looking for a
Program Manager – Part-time MBA & Global Online MBA Program (dual role)
(full-time, to start in summer 2022/as soon as possible)

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work alongside the part-time MBA and global online MBA program managers
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders (e.g. faculty, lecturers, program operations, service providers, facilities, catering etc.) to deliver a world-class blended MBA experience (25% in person, 75% online), and fully online (100% online) MBA experience
  • Build an active and thriving participant community for the duration of the programs. This includes conceptualizing and overseeing the quality management, communication and engagement strategy
  • Support the participant’s journey, from just before they start their program through to graduation
  • Act as the participant’s first point of contact; be comfortable taking responsibility for reporting and responding to issues or concerns
  • Work closely with the elected class representatives to listen and respond to participant issues
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with faculty and administrative staff
  • Plan and coordinate on-campus residencies; plan and coordinate formal and informal events with program office colleagues and/or in partnership with students
  • Conduct evaluation surveys and leverage insights to improve the program, courses and processes
  • Manage program operations – for example, prepare documentation; purchase learning materials; upload content to the learning management system (Insendi); and manage budgets, contracts, reporting, and billing; manage grading and student evaluations

You are qualified because you are:

  • A self-starter, looking for a new challenge, and with a passion for online and blended education
  • Driven to ensure our students have an excellent learning experience and care about supporting students from around the world. You might even have prior experience of online education
  • An excellent team player, have a hands-on attitude, a good sense of humor, and the ability to keep calm under pressure while balancing multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented and have a track record of delivering high quality services, processes and outcomes
  • Able to communicate clearly across different channels, both online and face-to-face
  • Interested in learning about, and applying, educational technologies; comfortable using social media and online learning platforms, as well as CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Able to interpret, evaluate, and enforce policy and procedural requirements
  • Able to manage financial targets and budgets
  • Fluent in English (the business language at the school is English). Being able to speak German is an advantage
