ESMT’s Learning Innovation Lab provides support to ESMT’s programs for online and technology-enhanced learning, explores entrepreneurial projects and participates in thought leadership on learning innovation internally and externally. To support the team, we are looking for a:

Student Assistant – Learning Innovation Lab

 (m/f/x, up to 20h/week, 14€/h, to start as soon as possible)

• Provide assistance with various projects that contribute to the development of digital learning offerings as well as the overall operations of the Lab.
• Research projects related to various topics such as new learning technologies, competitor analysis or user experience
• Support the team in the preparation and delivery of digital learning offerings or XR experiences
• Assist the team in testing new learning technologies, including AI pilots
• Synthesize data related to course and program evaluations and student learning
• Design stakeholder surveys and aggregating feedback
• Learn the mechanics of the school’s learning platform to support with technology checks and related tasks
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed within scope and schedule
• Update and improve project or design documentation
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvements and suggest new efficient procedures

• Are enrolled in a master´s study program for at least one more year
• Are interested in and enthusiastic about the use of technology in education
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Have excellent time management and solid organizational skills
• Are able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and in writing)
• Work independently, think strategically and analytically
• Are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
• Are based in Berlin
