Recruitment Manager (Degree Programs)

To support our Admissions team, we are looking for a

Recruitment Manager (Degree Programs)
(m/f/x, full-time, to start as soon as possible)

The recruitment manager plays a key role at ESMT by identifying talented individuals who would make ideal ESMT students and supporting them to apply for one of our degree programs.

As Recruitment Manager, you will

Develop an in-depth knowledge of the ESMT program portfolio and target audience.
Work closely with admission, marketing, and the program teams to convert promising degree program leads into applications.
Develop candidate engagement strategies and activities.
Engage with qualified prospects and actively supports them through the admissions process.
Establish close contacts with promising applicants by actively reaching out to them.
Convert prospects into submitted applications.
Organize on-campus recruitment events and represent ESMT at webinars and fairs (online, in-person) around the world.

You are qualified for this position, because you

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences.
Have experience in student recruitment/admissions and business school environment or experience in service-based sales management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all media and are able to engage with a variety of audiences.
Have the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Work well under pressure, have a bias for action, and able to autonomously deliver against targets.
Strong analytical skills and CRM management experience.
Fluent (verbal and written) in English, German skills are an advantage.
Are careful and reliable when handling data.
