(Senior) Career Development & Employer Relations Manager

The team of ESMT’s Career Development Center guides Master and MBA students in developing their career plan, as they work towards their first or next career step. The team provides guidance and support via career counselling and career development workshops as well as by connecting them with potential employers, through on- and off-campus networking & recruitment events.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a

(Senior) Career Development & Employer Relations Manager
(m/f/x, full-time, to start as soon as possible)

You will

Provide career guidance and coaching to MBA and Master students in job search strategies and interview techniques for internships and full-time positions
Develop our program of workshops, events, and tools that support our students in fostering their career plans and employability skills
Establish and expand relationships with ESMT students, alumni, companies, corporates, and other external partners
Design and deliver career-related workshops for students
Enhance networking opportunities for students with employers through workshops, alumni, and company visits/events
Coordinate and support on- and off-campus networking and recruiting events, career fairs, company visits, and presentations in collaboration with alumni and companies
Assist with data-related tasks

You are qualified for this position, because you

Have experience in recruiting, executive search or HR, and advising and coaching candidates
Have experience in building networks and sales experience
Have solid knowledge about the German/European business landscape and job market, and curiosity about market trends
Have excellent people skills, with the ability to connect with smaller and larger groups of people during networking events
Pay attention to detail and apply a high level of accuracy in creating material (e.g. presentations)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
Are flexible to host events in the evening and to travel for events and networking
