For our newly formed programs department, we are looking for a Director Business Development (full-time).
The Director Business Development leads the business development and sales function for all programs (both degree and executive education) with a focus on developing B2B business. Given the importance of establishing and maintaining exceptional new and existing client relations to ESMT, the post holder will take an active role in structuring and managing a key account strategy, coordinating a system of key account managers from across the programs team.
The post holder works closely with the program owners (Cluster Directors) for early career programs (e.g. MIM), career accelerator programs (e.g. MBA), leadership development programs (e.g. open enrollment programs for executives) and corporate programs (customized solutions for corporations) and has responsibility for all aspects of B2B sales and communications for degree and non-degree offerings.
