Program Manager - Master in Management Program

To support our MIM program management team, we are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/x, full-time, to start in March 2021)

You will contribute to our success in a multicultural, collegial work environment by delivering on all organizational and administrative aspects of our busy Master in Management program, which includes:

Supporting 200+ program participants on campus and off-site as first and central point of contact
Communicating effectively with program participants and guiding them through all parts of the program
Maintaining relationships with the teaching faculty, internal and external suppliers about teaching material, course content, course evaluations, and module preparations
Preparing program documentation for participants, including material on the e-learning platform
Managing the day-to-day program operations, like looking after various administrative tasks, i.e. booking hotels and flights for guest professors
Organizing program events for students, including the graduation
Collecting student evaluations and fostering improvements for student experience and satisfaction

You are qualified because you

have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
are passionate about providing high quality service, processes and outcomes with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
have the ability to effectively manage and influence faculty, students, and ESMT staff
have a positive service orientation and a strong social orientation (engaging with the student body outside formal channels is expected)
are completely fluent in English (the business language at the school is English)
are an excellent team player, have a hands-on working attitude, a good sense of humor, and the ability to keep calm under pressure

Added plus if you have experience with an e-learning platform, in organizing educational programs, and a proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
